Job Description
- Open Positions:25 Positions – Immediate Joining
- 50 Positions – Mid July Joining
- 30 Positions – Mid July Joining (DRA Process)
- Salary Structure:Non-DRA ProcessFreshers: ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹14,000 per month
- DRA ProcessSalary: Up to ₹14,000 per month
- Additional incentives based on performance

- Job Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound calling process
- Connect with customers and explain services/products
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Maintain proper call records and updates
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Provide professional communication on calls
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Punjabi & Haryanvi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and professional speaking skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
