Job Description
Shoe Bespoke is a premium brand of handcrafted shoes and leather goods - custom formal shoes, loafers, wedding footwear and leather jackets. We are hiring a confident, well-groomed Store Sales Assistant for our Mohali store (Sector 68). Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs (style, occasion, fit)
- Explain our products - materials, craftsmanship, made-to-order options and care
- Take foot measurements and custom orders accurately
- Convert store visits into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Handle billing, payments and order records with accuracy
- Keep displays, stock and the store clean and well arranged
- Follow up with customers on WhatsApp for orders, deliveries and new arrivals
- Assist with trial fittings, alterations and after-sales service
Requirements:
- Good communication in Hindi/Punjabi, basic English
- Pleasant, presentable and customer-friendly attitude
- Interest in fashion, footwear or luxury retail
- Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Retail/showroom experience is a plus, but not required
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed salary: Rs 15,000 - 22,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives of Rs 6,000 - 10,000 per month, based on sales and accurate work
Working Hours:
- 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Store is open all 7 days; 2 days off per month
