Sr.Visa Counsellor

Job Summary:

The Visa Counsellor is responsible for advising clients on visa options, assessing eligibility, guiding them through the application process, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate, and providing excellent customer service throughout the visa journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, work visa options.
• Assess client eligibility based on immigration requirements.
• Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, timelines, and costs.
• Verify and organize documents before submission.
• Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and on time.
• Keep up to date with immigration policies and visa regulations.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Resolve client queries and provide timely updates.
• Meet counselling, conversion, and application targets while maintaining service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling or overseas education consulting (preferred).
