Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Counsel students regarding study abroad options, universities, courses, and visa process
• Follow up with leads on a regular basis to maximize conversions
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
• Update lead status and student details in CRM / records
• Coordinate with counselling and visa filing teams for smooth process flow
• Support marketing campaigns by converting generated leads

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales and follow-up abilities
• Basic knowledge of study visa / immigration industry preferred
• Ability to work under targets
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi

Experience

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or immigration will be preferred
