Required Skills

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed working drawings and layouts

✔ Strong knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling and design presentations

✔ Ability to create professional Mood Boards and material palettes

✔ Space planning and furniture layout expertise

✔ Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, space planning, and furniture layouts.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Meet clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and material selections.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per drawings.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee project quality.
