Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and result-driven Academic Counselor to guide prospective students and working professionals in choosing the right career-oriented programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent counseling skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding ELEVEIIM's courses and career opportunities.

Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, walk-ins, and online leads.

Follow up with prospective candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.

Explain course curriculum, certifications, fees, learning outcomes, and career prospects.

Build trust with students and parents through professional counseling.

Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and student information in CRM.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a seamless enrollment process.

Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events whenever required.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, Student Counseling, or Career Counseling.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in leading EdTech companies or education organizations such as Byju's, Aakash Institute, Allen Career Institute, FIITJEE, IBT Institute, Chanakya's Coaching Centre, Netmax Technologies, GB Training & Placement Centre, TCIL IT, Trigya Eduventure, Hitbullseye, CBitss Technologies, ThinkNEXT Technologies, and other leading educational and training institutes. or similar organizations.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality.

Excellent listening, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office will be an advantage.
