Reality Rise Company is hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our Dholera (Gujarat) real estate investment project from our Mohali office.

Work Location: JLPL, Sector 82, Mohali

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹85,000 + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales activities, managing client relationships, and driving conversions for our Dholera investment project, working from the Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations for the Dholera project
• Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations
• Guide team members in lead conversion and closures
• Maintain and monitor CRM and sales performance
• Develop strategies to increase sales and investor base
• Build strong relationships with investors and channel partners

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–6 years experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• MBA or Real Estate background will be an added advantage
