Candidates with experience in B2B sales will be preffered

What we are looking for:-

Strong active listening skills; able to pick up on tone, hesitation, and buying signals

Fluency in Hindi and English

Comfort with high call volume and the resilience to handle consistent rejection

What you ll have to do:-

Prospect and cold call decision-makers at target businesses to make new sales

Run structured discovery calls to understand the prospect's pain points, budget, and buying timeline

Present, pitch, and handle objections entirely over the phone

Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and activity KPIs.

Maintain accurate CRM records

Coordinate with the logistics to ensure smooth delivery
