Job Description

 • Driving Sales by Implementing Sales Strategies

  1. Implement sales strategies.
  2. Increase sales and drive sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals through sales team.
  3. Help the sales team in closing deals and timely fees collection of sales team.
  4. Contribute to sales by counselling and tele-counselling of leads to ensure admissions.
  5. Ensure smooth usage of CRM and ERP Systems in alignment with the sales process.
  6. Arranging fresh webinars and demo sessions with maximum participation with coordination of marketing head.
  7. Analysing sales strategies and modifying for the best results

Team Management

  1. Develop an effective team by providing leadership, motivation and support to the team.
  2. Cultivate a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team.
  3. Identify training needs of the counsellors and work with sales quality trainer to build a sales army.
  4. d. Manage a team by giving targets and monitoring achievements against ultimate project objective.

Development to reach Organization Goals and grow to evolve into Senior Manager - Sales

  1. Ensure that all members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it.
  2. Ensuring achievement of individual targets and team’s targets.
  3. Constant monitoring and reporting of sales numbers.
  4. To ensure learning and development of each individual team member to meet the competency goals aligned to their job roles.
