• Generate life insurance business through the bank's customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Identify customers' financial protection and investment needs.
• Pitch and sell life insurance products to eligible customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
• Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and sales processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance.
• Provide after-sales service and support to policyholders.
• Follow company compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Track leads, conversions, and business performance through company systems.
• Participate in branch activities, customer camps, and promotional events.
