Real Estate Sales Manager

 Key Responsibilities

Handle company-provided leads and client inquiries

Contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and presentations

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, ROI, and investment opportunities

Arrange and conduct property site visits

Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

Follow up regularly with prospects and close sales deals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Work on multiple developer projects across Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur & Punjab

Maintain proper daily sales reports and CRM updates

Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams

Guide and manage junior sales staff / team members

Help in team building, training, and sales strategy implementation

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

Strong knowledge of:

Off-plan projects

Secondary market properties

Residential & commercial projects

Villas, plots, apartments, SCOs, and investment properties

Good experience working with reputed developers in Tri-City

Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

Leadership and team handling capability preferred

Professional personality with client handling experience

Knowledge of Mohali / Chandigarh / Punjab property market is a must
