About the Role Realty Rise Group (RRG) is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client handling skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful closures.

  • Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide expert property consultation.
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations.
  • Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads until closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer handling abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
