Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Logistics Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective customers in the US logistics and supply chain market.

This position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident handling calls and emails, building client relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with US-based customers and prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities for the sales team
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand client pain points and logistics needs
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers
  • Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activities
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers and provide excellent customer experience

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emails
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
  • Basic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferred
  • Experience with B2B communication or US processes will be an added advantage
