esponding to customer leads from multiple channels including Online ( Calls/ Email/ Whatsapp) as well as Offline via Dr/ Hospital/ Nursing Home/ Pharmacy/ Diagnostic Center/ others
Effective counseling including regular follow-ups with customers focused around lead to sales closure
