Head of Business Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage teams, streamline processes, and drive overall business operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in leadership, strategy, people management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across departments
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams
• Create SOPs, workflows, and improve processes
• Track company KPIs, productivity & performance
• Coordinate between HR, Sales, Marketing & Tech teams
• Handle hiring planning and resource allocation
• Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth
• Work closely with founders/leadership on strategy
