Finance Manager

• Key Responsibilities: Salary & Payroll: Manage monthly salaries, attendance, overtime, advances, deductions, and payroll records for security guards and office staff.
• Accounts Management: Maintain daily accounts, expenses, cash flow, and financial records.
• Client Billing: Prepare invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up on collections.
• Statutory Compliance: Handle PF, ESI, GST, TDS, and other applicable compliance requirements.
• Operations Coordination: Coordinate with the Operations Manager and site supervisors regarding attendance, manpower deployment, and salary-related issues.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly salary sheets, expense reports, and management reports.
• Documentation: Maintain employee records, invoices, payment records, and other company documents.
• Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Relevant experience in accounts, payroll, and financial management.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software such as Tally.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.

Experience in manpower or security services will be preferred.
