Job Description
Role: Drive sales, build client relationships, and hit monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Prospecting*: Find and connect with new leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, field visits
2. *Sales*: Pitch products/services, handle queries, negotiate, and close deals
3. *Relationship Management*: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients for repeat business
4. *Targets*: Meet/exceed monthly sales + revenue goals
5. *Reporting*: Update CRM daily with calls, meetings, pipeline, and status
*Requirements:*
1. *Experience*: 0-2 yrs in sales. Freshers with good communication skills welcome
2. *Skills*: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion + basic Excel/CRM
3. *Attitude*: Target-driven, self-motivated, quick learner
4. *Education*: Any graduate. Local language + English/Hindi preferred
*Location*: mohali
*Compensation*: Base + Attractive incentives/commission
