Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven, street-smart Field Sales Executive who thrives on being out in the market every day. Your primary job is to visit active construction sites, identify decision-makers, build relationships, and convert them into loyal customers of Tulsi Sales Corporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit construction sites, housing projects, commercial buildings, and industrial sites daily across Mohali and surrounding areas.

Identify and connect with key stakeholders — site owners, builders, contractors, electrical contractors, electricians, and other shop owners.

Collect and maintain a database of site contacts, project details, and estimated electrical requirements.

Pitch Tulsi Sales Corporation's product range and brands, and generate sales enquiries and orders.

Build strong relationships with electricians and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Follow up on leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Provide daily field reports including sites visited, contacts made, and leads generated.

Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the territory.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
