Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will build our brand online. You will create engaging content. You will also run paid ad campaigns to grow our audience and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write blog posts, website copy, and social media captions. Design basic graphics and shoot or edit short-form videos (Reels, Instagram, Shorts).
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Social Media Management: Post daily, interact with followers, and grow our community across all active channels.
• Email Marketing: Write and send regular newsletters to subscribers to keep them engaged.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or content creation. Freshers can also apply.
• Ad Skills: Proven experience running paid ad campaigns with a focus on ROI (Return on Investment).
• Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Creative Tools: Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to read reports, track KPIs, and make smart changes based on numbers.
