Key Responsibilities

As a Fresher, you will undergo intensive training to manage, execute, and optimize global ad inventory. Your core duties will include:

• Campaign Setup & Monitoring: Assist in planning, launching, and tracking performance marketing campaigns across display, mobile app, and video traffic channels.

• Data Analysis & Optimization: Actively monitor campaign KPIs (such as CPI, CPA, CTR, and CPM) to optimize ROI and scale spending efficiently.

• A/B Testing: Collaborate on creative asset testing (images, copy, layout headlines) and target audience segmentation to find the highest-converting variations.

• Inventory Management: Learn to work within our programmatic buying ecosystem (DSP, SSP platforms) to identify high-quality long-tail sites and premium supply channels.

• Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly performance reports, extracting actionable metrics to present to senior media buyers and stakeholders.
