🔧 Job Role: Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:

Provide support to customer to integrate their e-Commerce account with another travel account to unlock travel (Flight/Hotel/Buses) benefits/discounts.

Work as per company KPIs, guidelines and CRM tools

Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

💰 Salary Package

Fresher : CTC: Up to ₹20,000 per month

6 Month BPO Experience : CTC: Up to ₹21,000 per month

6 Month Travel Experience : CTC: Up to ₹24,000 per month

🕘 Walk‑In Interview Details

Timings: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM

🧑 💼 Job & Shift Details

Job Type: Full‑Time

Shift: Rotational Shift

Work Mode: On‑site (Work From Office)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a minimum:

• 10+2 or Graduation

✅ Freshers are welcome

✅ Experienced candidates can also apply

✅ Good communication skills in English & Hindi
