Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a UK shift process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Provide support through calls, emails, and chats
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Deliver excellent customer service experience

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Customer service experience is preferred
