Customer Care Executive

Clevuh Culture Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Inbound Voice and Email Support Process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Respond to customer queries via email accurately and on time.
• Provide correct information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and politely with every customer.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!
• Prior experience in voice or email process is an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational/fixed off.
• Must complete 1-week paid training and 3-month probation period (no leaves/off during probation).

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Training: 1 week (Paid)
• Location: Mohali (Work from Office only)
