Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice Processes. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Prior experience in customer service/BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
- Shift & Working HoursWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Flexible working hours based on operational needs.
- Weekly off will be provided on a rotational basis.
