Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Commis II / Commis III professionals to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Bakery operations, with a passion for cooking and learning. Freshers with relevant culinary training and a strong interest in the culinary field are also encouraged to apply.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and cooking of Indian, Continental, and Bakery products according to established recipes and standards.
  • Prepare mise en place, ingredients, sauces, doughs, batters, breads, pastries, and desserts as required.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Support senior chefs during daily operations, events, and banquet functions.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality issues.
  • Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • RequirementsFreshers with a Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or relevant training are welcome to apply.
  • 1–5 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, bakery, café, or catering kitchen is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine, Continental cuisine, and bakery production.
  • Understanding of food preparation techniques, baking methods, and kitchen operations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
