Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Content Writer & Copywriter with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating SEO-optimized website content, blogs, landing pages, paid advertising copy and engaging organic social media content.

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI content tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, optimization and content repurposing while maintaining originality, accuracy, brand consistency and a natural human tone.

Key Responsibilities

* Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, service pages, landing pages and location-specific pages.

* Incorporate primary, secondary and long-tail keywords naturally into content.

* Optimize content for search intent, readability, featured snippets, AI Overviews and generative search engines.

* Write persuasive copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn.

* Create headlines, taglines, calls-to-action, ad variations and landing-page copy focused on lead generation and conversions.

* Write engaging organic content for Social media channels, Google Business Profile and other digital platforms.

* Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, captions, reel scripts, carousel copy and promotional content.

* Use AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms to improve productivity and speed up content creation.

* Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure originality, factual accuracy, brand alignment and a human writing style.

* Edit, proofread and improve existing content

* Collaborate with SEO, PPC, social media, graphic design, video and web development teams.

* Research competitors, industry trends, customer pain points and audience behaviour.

* Adapt the writing style for different industries, brands, platforms, countries and target audiences.

* Repurpose long-form content into social posts, ad copy, email content, scripts and short-form marketing assets.

* Meet content deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

* 3–4 years of professional experience in content writing, SEO writing or digital copywriting.

* Strong command of written English, grammar, spelling and sentence structure.

* Proven experience in SEO content writing and on-page content optimization.

* Good understanding of keywords, search intent, headings, metadata, internal linking and content structure.

* Experience writing performance-driven copy for paid advertising campaigns.

* Ability to write engaging organic social media content in different brand voices and story telling.

* Hands-on experience with AI writing, research and content optimization tools.

* Ability to fact-check, edit and humanize AI-assisted content.

* Strong research, proofreading, editing and storytelling abilities.

* Understanding of conversion-focused writing, customer psychology and calls-to-action.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple digital marketing teams.
