Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills and 1 year of experience International Voice and Chat Process required.

Handle international customer queries and provide excellent service

Handle inbound customer calls related to Technical Support.

Resolve customer queries/issues efficiently

Provide product/service information

Meet customer satisfaction targets
