Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses.
• Work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work from office only.
