Job Description

Position Overview

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and helping grow the company’s sales and revenue. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the overall growth strategy of the business.


Key Responsibilities :-


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and present suitable solutions/services
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with leads
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets



Requirements :-


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in sales and negotiation
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing/business strategies
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
