Axis Bank is hiring enthusiastic and energetic candidates for the position of Business Development Executive. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting banking products and services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell banking products to customers

Generate new customer leads through field and direct sales activities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the internal team for customer support and service

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduation is mandatory

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills required

Basic knowledge of banking and sales will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Attractive Incentives: Up to ₹10,000+ based on performance
