Hiring for Ayurvedic Doctor - BAMS

Location: Mohali

Experience: Minimum 2 years (Freshers need not apply)

Qualification

•⁠ ⁠BAMS from a recognized university

•⁠ ⁠Valid registration with the State Ayurvedic Council/NCISM

Job Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients.

•⁠ ⁠Understand patients’ symptoms and provide Ayurvedic guidance and treatment recommendations.

•⁠ ⁠Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and suggest appropriate diet and lifestyle modifications.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate consultation records in the CRM/system.

•⁠ ⁠Handle patient follow-ups and ensure a high standard of patient care.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth consultation flow.

Required Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Punjabi is an advantage).

•⁠ ⁠Strong clinical knowledge of Ayurveda.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using computers and CRM software.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage consultations professionally over phone/video.

•⁠ ⁠Patient-focused with strong counseling skills.
