Accounts Manager-Real Estate Experience Only

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle accounts related to Associate Partners, Builders, Customers, Vendors, and Employees.
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, MIS, and accounting statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, ITR, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and office/administrative expenses.
• Track and monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
• Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Independently manage routine accounting operations and financial documentation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Real Estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounting operations and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.

Working Details

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
