Job Description

Job Title: Accountant & Admin Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: On-site with periodic store visits

Gender Preference: Female

Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized and reliable Female Accountant & Admin Assistant to handle daily financial bookkeeping, perform general administrative tasks, and test our accounting software through real-world daily use and data entry.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping: Manage daily income, expenses, invoices, petty cash, and financial reconciliations.
  • Software Testing: Input transactions into our accounting software and report any bugs, errors, or feedback.
  • Admin Support: Handle office paperwork, keep records updated, and assist with general operational tasks.
  • Store Visits: Visit physical store locations periodically to cross-check inventory, audit cash floats, and gather operational data.
  • RequirementsBackground or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and administrative work.
  • Comfortable testing and working with new digital accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to travel for local store visits.
  • Willingness to work the required Monday–Saturday schedule (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
