Gardener – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and care for plants, lawns, gardens, and green areas.

Water plants and ensure proper irrigation.

Plant, trim, prune, and maintain trees, flowers, and shrubs.

Remove weeds, dry leaves, and garden waste regularly.

Apply fertilizers and pesticides as required.

Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of outdoor areas.

Operate and maintain basic gardening tools and equipment.

Report any plant diseases, damage, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous gardening experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of plants and gardening practices.

Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work.

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
