Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Salary: As per company standard + Petrol/Travel Expenses as per company policy

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.

- Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients.

- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits to customers.

- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful bookings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain daily reports of client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements:

- Mandatory: Candidate must have their own bike/two-wheeler.

- Valid driving license.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of the local area.

- Prior experience in real estate sales or field sales will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
