About Caresoft Group : Caresoft Group operates across healthcare technology, hospital software, digital health, healthcare media, education media, HR platforms, and other technology-led business ventures.

Our major offerings include Hospital Information Systems, Digital IPD and OPD solutions, patient engagement platforms, healthcare media services, institutional technology solutions, community platforms, and business-focused digital products.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive who can help us generate leads, build client relationships, promote our group businesses, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Role OverviewThe Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating leads, conducting product presentations, following up with opportunities, and supporting the complete sales process until closure.

The role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, healthcare companies, business owners, senior management, and other decision-makers.

The selected candidate will work across different businesses under the Caresoft Group and will be expected to understand multiple products and services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, databases, exhibitions, and online research.
  • Identify prospective clients across hospitals, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, technology companies, and related sectors.
  • Contact decision-makers and schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services from the Caresoft Group portfolio.
  • Present company products, software solutions, media offerings, and business services professionally.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until closure.
  • Coordinate with technical, implementation, content, marketing, and operations teams for client discussions and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and sales status in the CRM or reporting system.
  • Support digital marketing activities, social media outreach, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, hospital meetings, institutional visits, and networking events.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, consultants, and industry professionals.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities among existing clients.
  • Support payment follow-up and collection coordination where required.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
  • Study competitor activities, market trends, customer expectations, and new business opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, offers, partnerships, and lead-generation activities.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-management ability.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer handling.
  • Ability to speak confidently with business owners, doctors, hospital administrators, senior professionals, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and professional messages.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong interest in revenue generation.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple products, prospects, and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal teams.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileGraduate or postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Healthcare Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospital software, SaaS, IT solutions, media sales, digital marketing, education, or B2B sales will be preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
  • Candidates with existing industry contacts or experience in institutional sales will have an advantage.
  • The candidate should be proactive, disciplined, presentable, and comfortable working with targets.
