Real Estate Sales & Sourcing Executive

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai (Work from Office)About Us:Patil Real Estate is a well-established property consultancy operating out of Mira Road. We receive a high volume of 30–35 daily inbound property leads from premium portals like Housing, 99acres, and Justdial. We are looking for a dedicated full-time executive to handle these inquiries and manage our local network.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Lead Calling: Dial 30–35 fresh incoming property buyer/tenant leads daily.

Strict Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to understand their budgets and timelines.

Inventory Sourcing: Broadcast buyer requirements into local broker WhatsApp groups and coordinate to find matching flats.

Lead Tracking: Keep our daily Google Sheet/CRM updated with clear client statuses (e.g., Connected, Follow-up Scheduled, Site Visit Done).

Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and line up property site visits for interested clients.

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience).

Incentives: Extra performance-based incentives on every successful site visit and deal closure (details will be discussed during the interview).

Who Should Apply (Requirements):Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with great phone communication skills are highly encouraged to apply).

Language: Fluent Hindi is a must. Manageable English is preferred.

Skills: Comfort using smartphones, WhatsApp Web, and basic data entry on Google Sheets/Excel.

Location: Candidates residing in or near Mira Road, Bhayander, or Dahisar are highly preferred for an easy daily commute.
