• Order Picking: Accurately selecting and retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, scanners, or quick-commerce apps.
• Packing: Safely boxing, wrapping, and labeling items to prevent damage during transit.
• Loading & Unloading: Manually or using equipment (like pallet jacks or forklifts) to load orders into transport trucks and unload incoming stock.
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, rotating products, and maintaining a clean warehouse or dark store. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Standard Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic Education: Typically 10th or 12th pass.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to stand for long hours and frequently lift heavy items.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with digital scanners or navigating quick-commerce smartphone applications.
• Salary & Location: In the Mumbai/Maharashtra region, this full-time role generally offers between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on the employer
