Job Description: Roymax Products LLP is hiring a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to manage order dispatch and ensure timely product deliveries. The role involves coordinating with courier partners and the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

• Responsibilities Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Follow up on delayed, pending, or failed deliveries.
• Resolve delivery-related issues with courier partners.
• Maintain dispatch records and shipment details.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Provide shipment updates to the concerned team.
• RequirementsGraduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience can also apply).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or courier coordination.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
