Interior Designer

creative interior design studio: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer who has an expert-level command over both 2D drafting and 3D photorealistic rendering softwares. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the design phase for residential (2BHK/3BHK) . You will be transforming client briefs into functional 2D layouts and stunning 3D visuals, while ensuring that the designs are practically executable on-site within specified budgets.

2. MANDATORY SOFTWARE SKILLS

Candidates without hands-on experience in these softwares will not be considered:

* 2D Drafting: AutoCAD (Expert level speed and accuracy).

* 3D Modeling: SketchUp or 3ds Max.

* Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion

* Assist clients in selecting finishes such as laminates, veneers, tiles, paint shades, hardware, and lighting fixtures.

* Design strictly within the project budget constraints by selecting cost-effective yet aesthetic materials.

* Attend client feedback meetings and promptly incorporate design revisions.

* Understand the client's requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences to create unique concepts.

* Develop optimized 2D space plans, zoning, and furniture layouts in AutoCAD.

* Create photorealistic 3D interior views with accurate lighting, textures, and material applications.

* Prepare professional mood boards and material palettes for client presentations.
