Job Description
Tour Operator – Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming travel queries from clients (calls, WhatsApp, social media & leads)
* Daily generate 10 queries.
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable domestic/international packages
* Prepare quotations/packages and send details professionally to clients
* Regular follow-up with clients for conversions and booking confirmations
* Maintain client data and update lead status regularly
* Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new sales opportunities
* Good communication and convincing skills required
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email drafting)
* Should be active, polite, confident, and customer-friendly
* Experience in telesales/travel sales preferred
Note: Final deal closing and major sales decisions will be handled by management.
