Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a enthusiastic, persuasive, and target-driven female Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, addressing inquiries, and generating sales leads or appointments.

• Key Responsibilities: Make cold and warm calls to prospective customers to introduce company offerings.
• Follow up regularly with leads to pitch solutions, answer queries, and schedule appointments or sales conversions.
• Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain complete and updated records of calling activities, customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipeline in the CRM or database.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly outreach targets and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Language Proficiency: Clear communication skills in Hindi and basic to good command of English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
