About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our Education ERP solutions for Universities, Colleges, Engineering Institutes, Medical Colleges, and Higher Education Institutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B and B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with decision-makers such as Chairpersons, Directors, Registrars, Principals, Deans, and Management Committees. The candidate should be comfortable conducting software demonstrations, presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value ERP deals.


Eligibility Criteria


Educational Qualification


• Graduate in any stream (Mandatory) 

• MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage 


Age Criteria


• 25 to 38 Years 


Experience


• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition 

• Experience in B2B Sales is mandatory 

• Experience in SaaS, Software, ERP, EdTech, Education Technology, IT Services, or Institutional Sales preferred 

• Experience dealing with educational institutions will be highly preferred 


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting


• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Universities and Colleges. 

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis. 

• Reach out to institutional decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and field visits. 


Sales & Business Development


• Schedule and conduct meetings with Directors, Principals, Registrars, Vice Chancellors, and Management Teams. 

• Present Education ERP solutions effectively to stakeholders. 

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP modules. 

• Conduct online and offline software demonstrations. 

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations. 

• Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers. 


Client Relationship Management


• Develop long-term relationships with educational institutions. 

• Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle. 

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth handover to implementation teams. 

• Coordinate with support and technical teams whenever required. 


Documentation & Reporting


• Prepare and maintain: 

o Sales reports 

o Meeting reports 

o Lead tracking sheets 

o Proposal documents 

o MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) 

• Update CRM and sales records regularly. 

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. 


Travel & Field Visits


• Travel extensively to Universities and Colleges for meetings and demonstrations. 

• Participate in educational conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events. 


Revenue Achievement


• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 

• Generate new revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling ERP modules. 

• Maintain healthy conversion ratios and customer acquisition metrics.
