Job Description
Order Management
- Solicit orders from retailers.
- Capture orders accurately on the SFA mobile application.
- Ensure the timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure payment collection against stocks supplied within the planned timeframe.
Additional Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer needs and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with company sales, marketing teams, and customer service to coordinate sales activities.
- Support overarching business objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings and actively contribute to strategy development.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the company and regulatory bodies.
