The Role: What You’ll DoAs our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will wear two vital hats—driving revenue through strategic client acquisition and crafting the narrative of our brand.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and open new market segments, manage wholesale/retail accounts, and consistently meet revenue targets.
  • Tele calling: Calling and follow up with leads.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies (digital, print, trade shows) to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on textile industry trends, competitor activities, and fabric innovations to position Nirvan Textiles ahead of the curve.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee social media channels, email marketing, and web presence to engage existing and prospective clients.
  • What We’re Looking ForExperience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the textile, apparel, or fashion manufacturing industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media advertising, email tools like Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fabrics, design, and market trends.
