Job Opening: Sales Executive – Real EstateCompany: Neha Properties

Role: Sales Executive

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Neha Properties. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. Your goal will be to understand client requirements, present suitable property options, and close deals efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and online portals to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Consultations: Understand the specific property needs, budget, and preferences of buyers/tenants.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits, highlighting the key features and benefits of our real estate projects.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations professionally and assist clients through the documentation and closing process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor projects.
  • Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, direct sales, or customer service (freshers with great communication skills are also welcome to apply).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Conveyance: Possession of a personal two-wheeler is highly preferred for site visits.
  • Language: Fluency in local languages and basic English.
