Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, manage the recruitment pipeline, oversee onboarding, and ensure smooth HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices to help us maintain a productive and positive work culture.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute smooth onboarding experiences for new hires (documentation, IT setup, orientation) and handle formal exit processes for departing employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee grievances, questions regarding policies, and workplace conflicts.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
  • Performance Management: Assist in the annual or quarterly performance review process and help track employee KPIs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Coordinate with the finance team to provide accurate data for monthly payroll processing, including attendance and deduction updates.
  • Company Culture: Organize team-building activities, engagement initiatives, and employee wellness programs.
  • Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a strong plus.
  • Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 1-3 years] of proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS software (like Zoho People, Darwinbox, or BambooHR) and basic ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Good command over MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of general HR functions, labor laws, and hiring practices.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
