• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers regularly to showcase product samples and generate new orders.
• Review daily stock availability and prepare a sales plan for the day and week accordingly.
• Discuss the daily sales plan and priorities with the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business.
• Stay updated on competitor prices, products, and market trends.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
• Deposit any cash collected from customers with the office on the same day.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Represent Ram Food Industries professionally in the market.
• Requirements1–5 years of experience in field sales (food commodities, pulses, grains, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Naya Bazar and Lawrence Road markets will be an advantage.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi, primarily Naya Bazar and Lawrence Road.
