Job Title: *Collection Branch Manager*

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Collection Branch Manager to oversee our branch's daily recovery operations, minimize delinquency, and lead a team of collection agents.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of field and tele-collection executives to achieve monthly targets.

* Recovery & Allocation: Manage overdue accounts and ensure maximum recovery from pending portfolios.

* Field Visits: Personally handle high-value or critical defaulter cases through direct visits when needed.

* Reporting: Maintain daily collection data and present performance reports to the management.

* Compliance: Ensure all collection activities strictly follow company policies and legal guidelines.

*Requirements*

Experience: 2–4 years in Banking/NBFC collection (Microfinance or Loan recovery preferred).

Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Assets: Must have a personal bike, valid Driving License, and an Android smartphone.

Education: Graduate in any stream.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
