Admission Counsellor Cum Social Media Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call prospective students regarding admission enquiries

• Explain courses, eligibility and the admission process

• Regularly follow up with new and existing leads

• Professionally follow up regarding pending fees and payments

• Handle WhatsApp and online enquiries

• Maintain daily reports of calls, counselling and payments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate candidates preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and WhatsApp

• Experience in education counselling or telecalling is preferred

• Both male and female candidates can apply

• Must be hardworking, responsible and target-oriented
